People say "Don't run before you learn how to walk!" Well, I learnt Yoga before I can walk. *To all the kids: Do not try this at home, following pose is preformed by professional*
One piece of advice from me - Do not do this right after a meal. Trust me. Because I've tried it and suffered from the consequence of puking after such pose. =p
